Piano Assessment

We can assess your piano for a variety of reasons. Cost of assessment varies based on distance, and your individual needs.

Consignment: If you are interested in consigning a piano, please be aware: We don’t always have space to take new consignments immediately– but, if your piano is a viable candidate, we can put you on a consignment wait-list if necessary. More information about Consignment can be found using the links at the top and bottom of this page.

Note: We do not sell spinets. If your acoustic upright is 40″ or shorter, it might be a spinet. If you are unsure, please ask your tuner, or check out the link at the top of this page. Not sure if your piano is a console or a spinet? Watch this short video to find out!

Storage: Whether or not you are consigning, we offer storage if you need your piano relocated until you make arrangements for it. Rates and full terms for Storage can be found using the links at the top & bottom of this page.

Disposal: Sometimes, assessments bear bad news. If it’s time to lay your piano to rest, we can help. For more information, use the Moving & Disposal link at the top or bottom of this page.
